The Merge Fields Library holds a map of Merge fields in documents, with a corresponding field in the database. Key functionalities are: |

| User Management |
Through role definition, Forms Engine™ offers security by limiting access and authorities. Roles are defined as follows: |

Super Administrator: Can manage all applications in one instance of Forms Engine™. |

Administrator: Has rights to all functionalities (Configuration Settings, User management, Letter Management, Letter Generation, and Merge Field Management) of one application only and its users. |

Letter Manager: Has management rights to templates of one application (Letter Generation, Letter management, and Merge Field Management). |
 |
Letter Generator: Can only generate documents for previously uploaded templates. |
 |
View: Has only view rights to Letter Generation. |
